The Origin Story

Built by a vendor who lived the 5am loadouts.

For six years I ran Odd Dog Coffee — a mobile coffee truck working farmers markets, weddings, and corporate gigs across Northeast Ohio. I learned the business the hard way: pricing on napkins, tracking quotes in my Notes app, missing events I never heard about, losing leads in Facebook DMs.

I built GrindKit because nothing on the App Store was actually built for us. Every "vendor app" out there was made by someone who's never woken up at 4am to pull a generator out of a truck. This one was.
